Navigating immigration in Indonesia is now streamlined for all travelers through a new digital initiative: the “All Indonesia App.” This mandatory pre-arrival registration system is designed to expedite the entry process for both foreign nationals and Indonesian citizens. To use the country’s automated immigration gates, or “autogates,” all passengers must complete their arrival registration on the official platform, accessible at allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id. This step must be taken within a three-day window before their scheduled arrival.
This digital-first approach marks a significant modernization of Indonesia’s immigration procedures. By requiring pre-registration, authorities can process and verify passenger information in advance, significantly reducing the time spent at the airport. The All Indonesia App system is fully integrated with the autogates, which are designed to automatically recognize and process the data of registered travelers.
