In today’s increasingly dynamic and complex business environment, managing expatriate personnel requires more than regulatory compliance. It calls for a thorough and practical understanding of applicable procedures by the company’s internal teams. Frequent policy changes from government institutions, such as the Ministry of Manpower and the Directorate General of Immigration, make accurate and up-to-date knowledge essential.

Caraka is widely recognized as a trusted partner in handling expatriate formalities, including RPTKA, IMTA, e-Visa, ITAS, and other essential legal documents required by both national and international companies operating in Indonesia.
