On February 26, 2025, PT Caraka Indojasa successfully hosted the “OPEN DISCUSSION ON REGULATIONS AND BEST PRACTICES FOR FOREIGN WORKERS IN THE WORKPLACE” at CIBIS Park, The Gallery Building, South Jakarta. The event was attended by existing clients, partners, and several invited participants interested in understanding the employment of Foreign Workers Regulations in Indonesia.
The primary objective of this event was to provide education on the latest Foreign Workers Regulations in Indonesia, also share updated information on foreign worker employment, and discuss the challenges companies face in complying with these regulations. With an open discussion format, participants had the opportunity to engage directly with experts and gain deeper insights.
The first session, featuring Ali Chaidar from the Ministry of Manpower (KEMNAKER) as the keynote speaker. He presented the latest foreign workers regulations on licensing and foreign worker employment policies that companies in Indonesia must comply with. This interactive discussion allowed participants to seek clarifications on various rules that might still be unclear.

The event continued with the second session, led by Feri Ferdinanto from the Ministry of Immigration and Correctional Affairs (KEMENIMIPAS). This session focused on the challenges and best practices for managing foreign workers in the workplace. Participants enthusiastically engaged in discussions, asking questions and sharing experiences, making the session highly dynamic and beneficial.
