Working Visa 312

The working visa 312 (Index C312) is a visa for the purpose of working. It is granted to foreign nationals as experts/specialists employed in Indonesia by their Company sponsor. The validity period varies from six months to two years.

The Process is started with Expatriate Utilization Plan / Hasil Penilaian Kelayakan Pengesahan Rencana Pengunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing (RPTKA) and Pengesahan RPTKA from Ministry of Manpower.

After obtain approval from Manpower, the working visa process approval from the Director General of Immigration is expected in 3 (three) to 4 (four) working days from the date the application is received.

Within 90 days the foreigner shall enter to Indonesia with the visa. Once enter Indonesia, the foreigner shall get ITAS and MERP upon arrival at the international port of arrival.
