Investor Visa (index 313/314)

Investor ITAS is a temporary residence permit granted to foreigners who wish to carry out Foreign Investment activities in Indonesian territory.

There are 2 (two) types of Investor ITAS (Limited Stay Permit) based on the validity, namely:

• Index C-313: Valid for 1 year and can be extended 4 times for 1 year each time.
• Index C-314: Initially valid for 2 years and can be extended 3 times more for 1 year each time.

The process approval from the Director General of Immigration is expected in 3 (three) to 5 (five) working days from the date the application is received. Within 90 days the foreigner shall enter to Indonesia with the visa. Once enter Indonesia, the foreigner shall report to local immigration within 30 days in order to get ITAS and MERP.
